Let's go … creek hiking & camping!!!

This weekend is all about nature, hiking through and swimming in awesome creeks, partying under the stars, hiking, chilling around a bonfire, exploring one of the coolest canyons in this part of China has to offer, exploring an ancient traditional town, and much more!!

 

 

We will be doing one of the coolest trekking trips ever…

…hiking  through creeks  in an awesome canyon surrounded by mountains and forests...

 … having fun in the water...

...camping by the riverside…

...having a bonfire party...

... checking out an ancient town ...

…and more!!!

 

 

Dates: July 6-8 (Friday night to Sunday night)

 

Day 1 –  Friday, July 6

18:30 - Meet at Hongkou Stadium (Metro Lines 8 and 3) Exit 3, outside - follow the music!

23:30 -  Arrive at our guesthouse and check in

 

Day 2 – Saturday, July 7

07:00 -  Simple Western breakfast

08:00 -  Head out to begin an awesome hike

09:00 -  Begin our awesome grand canyon hike!!

12:00 -  Picnic by the creek

13:00 -  Continue trekking and through rivers and creeks!

15:30 -  Arrive at our campsite (showers available)

18:00 -  Local Specialty Dinner (farm style)

19:00 -  Bonfire party with great music and drinks

22:00 -  If the sky is clear, check out the stars!

 

Day 3 – Sunday, July 8

07:00 - Simple Western Breakfast

08:00 - Pack up and set off for an ancient village

12:00 - Local speciality lunch

13:00 - Check out Qiantong old town, where you can also taste the local rice wine!

14:00 - Head back to Shanghai

20:00 - Arrive back at Shanghai
