Animenz is classically trained pianist well known for his virtuosic performance and transcription of Japanese animation (anime) music. His distinctive style of piano transcription has made him one of the most famous Anime Pianists of this time. As a classically trained pianist, Animenz has received his Bachelor of Music Performance and aims to incorporate his love for both Classical and Popular music. Known for his “classical style” of piano arrangement, many of his transcriptions are not only extremely virtuosic and challenging but also aim to nurture the love of music in modern day students.
