Anthem Lights is an American vocal band composed of four members: Chad Graham, Caleb Grimm, Alan Powell, and Joey Stamper. The group originated in 2007 as a solo project by Graham and was later expanded to include all four members. Anthem Lights is best known for their original music as well as their popular covers of pop songs.

 

 

Graham is from Franklin, Tennessee, Powell is from San Diego, California, Grimm is from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and Stamper is from Palmyra, Indiana. Prior to forming Anthem Lights, the members had individually pursued their own musical careers. Graham had his own solo album before joining the group in 2012; Powell was previously part of the band The Neverclaim; Grimm was formerly a member of The Sound; and Stamper was a part of a band called Decahedron.

 

Anthem Lights has released six studio albums: Anthem Lights (2009), Escape (2011), You Have My Heart (2013), Spinning Around (2014), Hymns (2016), and Christmas (2016). They have collaborated with numerous artists like TobyMac, Hawk Nelson, Moriah Peters, and Plumb. In 2018 they released the singles “Just Be You” and “Where I Belong”. In 2019 Anthem Lights released their seventh album titled 'Painted Skies'.

 

 

Anthem Lights is active on social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter where they share updates about new music releases and tour dates. They also have an official YouTube channel where they upload videos of their performances. As of 2020, their YouTube channel has over one million subscribers.

 

Anthem Lights has received numerous awards including the GMA Dove Award for Inspirational Album of the Year for their album Hymns in 2017. They have also received several nominations for awards like the GMA Dove Award for Pop/Contemporary Recorded Song of the Year for their single “Can't Get Over You” in 2015.
