Capital Sportz Basketball Curriculum is a fast paced, fundamentally sound, team-oriented approach to learning the game of basketball. High intensity, multi faceted training concepts based on the simultaneous integration of basic skills ensures that Capital Sportz coaches will efficiently transfer the skills of the game to each of their players.

Meticulously dissecting each phase of the game with an understanding of how basic skills work together allows their coaches to devise creative drills that focus on combining the necessary fundamentals to maximize practice time.

The camp runs June 22 to Aug 7 and is open to boys and girls from 6 years old and up, with three different age groups, and is RMB1,500 for five days or RMB400 a day.
