BIGYUKI is NYC's musical secret weapon.
His unprecedented sound has attracted the attention of many, including Grammy Award-winning and nominated artists such as Q-Tip, Bilal, J-Cole, Talib Kweli, Kamasi Washington, Marcus Strickland, Mark Guiliana, and Robert Glasper. BIGYUKI's unique sound has been fully cultivated to a new and inspiring level infusing elements of Jazz, Classical, Hip Hop, Soul, Rock, Dance, and Electronica into his compositions. He has co-written and played on A Tribe Called Quest’s acclaimed final record ‘We got it from Here... Thank You 4 Your service’. His debut full-length album “Reaching For Chiron” was released in 2018.
Songwriter, producer, performer, and all-around musician Tim Smith was born in Pittsburgh, PA. He grew up playing drums and singing for fun but soon he would be playing and singing in venues all around the city. Later he begins to produce and from there its just a matter of time before hes creating his own music. Attended Berklee College of Music and now currently resides in Boston.
Originally from Southern Maryland, Randy began playing guitar at age 11. In 2005, Runyon attended the Berklee College of Music and was the recipient of the Jimi Hendrix scholarship. Randy has performed with Bilal, Terri Lyne Carrington, Amel Larrieux, and Casey Benjamin. In 2010, he moved to New York City where he formed a neo-psychedelic rock trio, Karma Exchange.
