Ticket holders of VIP & Front Row Viewing Single-Day Tickets will receive one corresponding ticket, which serves as their entry pass.
A dedicated priority entry lane is available at the ticket checkpoint. VIP & Front Row ticket holders can enter 40 minutes earlier than general admission (entry times are subject to on-site adjustments).
After entry, please visit the【VIP Wristband Redemption Booth】with your valid ID to collect your wristband, which will be placed on you by event staff.
Wristbands are the only valid proof of【VIP & Front Row benefits】inside the venue. To ensure your privileges, please wear your wristband at all times.
Wristbands can only be redeemed and used by the ticket holder (no proxies allowed). Once issued, please keep your wristband secure. If it is damaged, lost, or invalid for the event day, staff may refuse to grant access to VIP benefits. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Ticketing Guidelines

Admission requires a match between the ticket holder, ID, and ticket information.
Any discrepancy in these details will result in denial of entry.

As per the requirements outlined in the Notice on Further Strengthening the Regulation of Large-Scale Commercial Performances to Promote the Healthy and Orderly Development of the Performance Market (Issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism & the Ministry of Public Security, [2023] No. 96):
"The ticket purchaser's identity must match the attendee's identity."
The attendee must present a valid ticket, the original ID matching the ticket information, and undergo facial recognition verification and security screening for entry.

Ticket Purchase Guidelines

This festival uses paperless e-tickets. Entry requires ID verification and facial recognition. The ticket holder's registered identity, actual attendee, and the ID used for entry must be identical. Any discrepancy will result in denied entry.
Ticket refunds are available under certain conditions. Please contact your original ticketing platform to apply. Refund process and timeline are subject to the platform's policies.
All tickets (including VIP single-day tickets) allow single entry only. Once you exit, the ticket becomes invalid.
Do not purchase multiple tickets with the same ID across different platforms. Each ID information can hold only one e-ticket per day. If duplicate purchases with the same ID for the same session are detected across platforms, the excess orders will be canceled entirely, and a 30% cancellation fee will be charged (partial refunds are not supported). Any losses due to duplicate purchases will be borne by the buyer. The platforms will not issue further notifications
Presale 3-Day Pass and Presale 2-Day Pass are discounted [single-day ticket] bundles. These tickets are for the same attendee only and cannot be transferred to another person.
Student ticket holders must present a valid student ID for entry. If ineligible, the price difference to a regular presale single-day ticket must be paid at the gate. Students aged 25 and below (including graduate students) can purchase student tickets but must present their ID and valid student proof upon entry. Expired documents will not be accepted.
Dual Single-Day Ticket is a discounted ticket bundle for two attendees. Both attendees must register their information during purchase, and each ticket will correspond to an individual’s details. Entry requires one ticket per person per ID.
Purchase tickets only from official ticketing platforms. Any claims of "internal tickets," "staff tickets," or "special access" are fraudulent. This event follows a strict real-name policy, and resold tickets will not be valid for entry. Beware of scams!
Minors purchasing tickets are deemed to have obtained parental or legal guardian approval. Refund requests for minors must follow the same refund policies as other ticket types. Legal guardians bear all responsibilities, and neither the organizers nor ticketing platforms will be liable.

Security Check Guidelines

Please do not bring the following items into the venue: drones, professional photography and video equipment, pets (except guide dogs), large luggage exceeding 55*35 cm, inflatable sofas, long-handled umbrellas, folding tables and chairs, selfie sticks, tripods, flags and banners (including retractable flagpoles), illuminated or sound-emitting support items, laser pointers, water guns, balloons, tents, canopies, camper vans, hard cups made of metal or glass, bottled or canned beverages (including water, soft drinks, and alcoholic drinks), and non-sealed food. Clothing, accessories, hats, or shoes with politically sensitive or offensive content are also prohibited.
The following hazardous and restricted items are strictly prohibited: lighters, matches, fireworks, firecrackers, cold fireworks, controlled knives, firearms and ammunition, loose medications, illegal drugs, aerosol spray products (such as canned sunscreen), throwable objects (including fruit), and alcohol-containing cosmetics.
*In special circumstances, please cooperate with security checks. Additional prohibited items are subject to on-site security regulations. Please follow and cooperate with security personnel. Violators may be subject to penalties under the Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People’s Republic of China.
*Please comply with staff instructions on-site. Security personnel and staff reserve the right to intervene or request violators to leave the venue.

Refund Policy

To accommodate attendees who may be unable to attend after purchasing tickets, we are offering a refund option for tickets purchased through official ticketing platforms. The refund policy is as follows:
1. Within 24 hours of ticket sales opening (from March 18, 2025, 3:18 p.m. to March 19, 2025, 3:18 p.m.), refunds can be requested unconditionally.
2. From March 19, 2025, 3:18 p.m. to April 25, 2025, 3:18 p.m., refunds will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee based on the ticket price.
3. Final refund deadline: April 25, 2025, 3:18 p.m.

**Refunds can only be processed for the entire order; tickets within the same order cannot be refunded separately.
**Refunded tickets will be resold through the official ticketing platform and remain subject to the festival’s ticketing, refund, and entry policies.
**Each attendee is entitled to one refund per event. If a ticket has been refunded once, repurchasing a ticket for the same event will forfeit any further refund eligibility.
