The puppet theatre “János Háry” is adapted from the opera by the famous Hungarian composer, Kodály Zoltán to a Hungarian libretto by Béla Paulini and Zsolt Harsányi. In the local inn at Nagyabony, the old braggart Háry, who used to be a veteran hussar in the Austrian army, regales his listeners with fantastic tales of heroism. The tale comes to life. Háry meets Marie Louise, the daughter of the Emperor Francis and wife of Napoleon, on the borders of Prussia……
