- Refunds can be made within the period from 14:18 on 13 December 2024 to 14:17 on 20 December 2024, but a refund handling fee of 30% of the paid price of the refunded ticket will be charged
- After 14:18 on 20 December 2024, refund requests will no longer be accepted (i.e. ticket refunds will stop from 14:18 on 20 December)
