Comprising of over 50 dishes, highlights include Black Pepper Sauce or Singapore Sambal, Mala T’ang and Tom Yum Goong. Indulge in barbecue seafood skewers of squid, tiger prawns, lobster and all-time favourites of lamb, chicken wings and a variety of greens. Curry lovers will find Malaysian Lamb Curry and Thai Green Curry to satisfy their palates.
