China NCPA Octet
As resident chamber music ensemble of NCPA, China NCPA Octet crystallizes Chinese musicians' fiery love for music and broad artistic platform of NCPA.
These eight excellent musicians not only include excellent performers of China NCPA Orchestra, but also leading figures among the Chinese musicians.
They will make powerful combination on the NCPA stage, present superb artistry and tacit friendship, and give birth to China's first-ever permanent octet ensemble.
In the past few years, the China NCPA Octet holds concerts with lots of stream of plays and takes an active part in art popularization projects.
The China NCPA Octet gains valuable experiences and performs more than 100 wonderful chamber music works, including the immortal sophisticated melodies from Vienna and glorious classics in Chinese music history.
Also, the Octet adapted to new selected works with a passion for music, in which contemporary composers are commissioned.
