Veteran entertainer Chris Henry - Comedian is coming to Shanghai, and he's bringing his famous family-friendly Balloonatics show with him!

Balloonatics is the award-nominated and world traveled family comedy show for anyone who is crazy about Balloons. It's silly, it’s noisy, its energetic, it’s chaotic, it’s got plenty for adults as well as kids, and is the perfect antidote to the serious world around us. When you join the Balloonatics army, there is only one thing you have to remember, you don’t have to be good at something for it to be fun.

 

Chris has been working as a stand-up comedian for over a decade but was inspired by his nephews, as he wanted to write a show that they could come and see. Harnessing his signature cheeky and charming style, and adapting to the more demanding audience of child and parent, was a surprisingly organic and natural gear change. His aim was was to create a show that would entertain kids on one level, whilst putting plenty in there to keep adults laughing throughout (after all, it was their money buying the tickets).

Chris will be performing his usual stand-up show on May 31st at 9pm, and Balloonatics on June 1st at 1pm, all with the Shanghai Comedy Bunker at CAGES Bar and Sports.
