An ugly one-eyed gorilla swings among several thick ropes. A lark merrily sings and dances, while a little goat holds a hat in the mouth to collect coins. A vulture insidiously observes everyone. The one-eyed gorilla shoots an arrow and it hits the vulture. It turns out to be an arrow of justice, which only targets evil. Children’s play Notre Dame de Paris is based on the eponymous literary classic by Victor Hugo, revealing that justice triumphs over evil through the story of a group of animals.
