👉 All participants should submit personal information authentically and correctly, including name, sex, ID number, phone number and blood type
👉 All participants must provide the complete personal information and pay the registration fee in full. After the registration process of 2024 The Color Run™ Shanghai is completed, registration results will be available to check through the official WeChat mini program of The Color Run™. The registration is successful if personal information can be found in the system
👉 All participants will need to pick up event packs/bags with the signed disclaimer and the valid identification document. The information of event packs/bags pick-up will be available 4 weeks before the event. lf you are unable to collect your event pack,someone can collect it on your behalf with a signed consent letterproviding permission from you, the original or acopy of your lD, the disclaimer signed by you ID & a copy of lD of the person who will collect the event pack.
👉 Age Qualification:participants must be born before 21st september, 2018 (older than 6-year-old). Guardians or legal representatives of the participants, who are under 18-year-old, are required to sign the event disclaimer.
👉 Physical Qualification: the participants under the following conditions are not allowed in this event, including but not limited to: 1.Congenital heart disease & rheumatic heart disease 2.Hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases 3.Myocarditis and other heart diseases 4.Coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia 5.Diabetics with high blood sugar or low blood sugar 6.Catching a cold within two weeks before the event 7.Any symptom that is not suitable for running 8.The pregnant women

- Once registered, the personal information cannot be changed.
- Refund policy: you can apply for full refund through your registration platforms during office hours (10am-6pm) by COB September6, 2024. After 6pm, September 6, 2024, the registration fee will not be refunded any more.
- Please be aware that you must bring the original ID you used to register 2024 The Color Run™ Shanghai to check in the event on September.21, 2024.
- Due to the long lead time of production and transportation, official apparels in various sizes have been ordered before the registration process starts. Your understanding is much appreciated.
