Introduction
The large-scale dance drama "Water Moon and Luoshen" was created by Zhengzhou Song and Dance Theater, written by Feng Shuangbai, chairman of the Chinese Dancers Association and dance theorist, and directed by Tong Ruirui, a national first-level choreographer of China Opera and Dance Theater. It is another new dance drama based on the culture of the Central Plains after "Shaolin in the Wind" by Zhengzhou Song and Dance Theater, which interprets the regional cultural characteristics of the Central Plains in different ways.
The whole play is based on Cao Zhi's famous works handed down from generation to generation "Luo Shen Fu", "Seven Step Poems" and the legends of the Central Plains, and skillfully integrates "poems, books, rites, music, and dances" into one, and shapes the beauty of Cao Zhi's character with the aesthetics of dance dramas. Romance and freedom!
Synopsis
Sequence
The wind is clear and the moon is bright, and the waterside is Miaomiao.
Cao Zhi was alone in Hanbo, and he faintly saw the magnificent Luoshen in his hallucinations. She is so beautiful and moving, as if she is within reach, but people and gods are separated, and it seems that she can never get close...
First half
The sound of war drums awakened Cao Zhi in his sleep, and the attendants hurriedly changed his clothes. Cao Zhi and Cao Pi meet in the school grounds. The two brothers have different personalities, but both have great ambitions. The tightly held hands warmed the brotherhood, however, the long sword of power tore apart the disparity in status and split the two's paths into different paths!
The Three Kingdoms are at war. Cao Pi and Cao Zhi jumped on the battlefield, like a broken bamboo, invincible. In Yuan's mansion, facing the catastrophe of war, Zhen Mi played the guqin, expressing a woman's war feelings sadly. Cao Zhi was moved when he heard the sound, and he became a bosom friend in his heart. Cao Pi led a team into the inner hall of Yuan's Mansion, and was stunned by Zhen Mi's peerless beauty and sharp sword. Zhen Mi was abducted by Cao Pi. Cao Zhi holds the piano played by Zhen Mi in his hand, feeling lost.
In Cao Pi's mansion, triumphant celebrations were celebrated, and there were staggered toasts and dances. Cao Pi's men were dressed in splendid clothes and high crowns, bossing them around. Cao Zhi and his supporters were suave and suave, overwhelming the audience with their skills. But in the face of this scene of singing and dancing, Zhen Mi feels that women's lives are like duckweed, who can resist power? The wedding of Cao Pi and Zhen Mi started, and Cao Zhi fell into the abyss of his heart.
Second half
A round of bright moon is reflected on the tranquil water. Under the moonlight, Zhen Mi dances to the shadow. Only in this night like water can she release her true self. Cao Zhi, who was also inspired by Mingyue, quietly returned the guqin lost in the war to Zhen Mi.
Cao Pi did not fall asleep either. His heart is always haunted by an unprecedented fear. The talented Cao Zhi is like a demon threatening his throne, and Zhen Mi seems to be devoted to his brother. Suspicion, like countless mirrors shaking Cao Pi's eyes, made him even more flustered!
Cao Pi, who couldn't bear the mental torture, made up his mind. In order to defend his supreme rights, he pointed his sword at Cao Zhi and ordered Cao Zhi to compose poems. He wanted to add death penalty! Cao Zhi made a poem in seven steps, every word was bloody and tearful, and every sentence was thunderous. Faced with the cry of family affection where blood is thicker than water, the long sword in Cao Pi's hand could not be dropped decisively after all...
Everything in the past disappeared in an instant, and Cao Zhi, who was on the verge of collapse, faced the fate of being exiled. In the cold moon in the deep palace, under a foot of white silk, Zhen Mi drew a poignant end to her life.
End
The exiled Cao Zhi came to Miaomiaoluo waterside. With endless longing for Zhen Mi, he went to sleep exhausted, and slowly walked towards the beautiful Luoshen in his dream, where man and god admired each other. They swim freely in the mist of Luoshui River, circle and dance, and fly for nine days...
