The dance drama "Wing Chun" is based on the national kinship and self-reliance of the Chinese people. It portrays the image of "Chinese heroes" represented by Guangdong martial arts masters, and unites people's hearts and promotes national self-confidence with the spirit of martial arts and virtue of "supporting the weak and the benevolent".

The play is choreographed by Feng Shuangbai, President of the China Dance Association, and co-directed by Han Zhen and Zhou Leah, the "twin stars" of the domestic dance scene, following the "breakout" dance drama The Neverending Radio Wave and the dance poem Only This Green.

The dance drama Wing Chun brings together a strong cast of leading dancers, led by Shenzhen Opera and Dance Theatre principal dancer and popular contestant of Dance Storm Chang Hongji, Shenzhen Opera and Dance Theatre principal dancer and young dancer Zhang Yashu, Shenzhen Opera and Dance Theatre young dancers Feng Haoran and Xu Tianhui, and invites rising young dancers Zhang Zhenguo and He Junbo to make special appearances, interpreting the charm of Lingnan martial arts culture through dance.
