Synopsis:
In the early 1940s, a father leaves for Nanyang (Southeast Asia) and disappears, while his wife raises their son alone.
Years later, the son accidentally enters a surreal dreamscape after striking his father’s abandoned Yingge drumsticks. There, he uncovers his father’s noble sacrifices for family and country, reconciles his mother’s buried sorrow, and grows into his own legacy.
Three rivers surge to the sea, a single letter returns with the tide. The bloodline of heritage endures—unbroken by storms, unyielding to time.
