Ticket Refund:
1. During the pre-sale period of the show, customers can return the tickets unconditionally within 48 hours after the payment of the purchase order. (However, the ticket sales management company needs to charge the transaction fee generated in the actual work, i.e. ‘0.6% of the face price of the ticket’).
2. 24 hours before the official opening date of the show (the specific opening time needs to be confirmed by the official), and during the normal working hours of the customer service staff of the ticketing platform, the ticket can be refunded unconditionally. (However, the ticket sales management company needs to charge the actual work of the transaction fees generated by the ‘0.6% of the face price of the ticket’).
3. From the official opening date to 48 hours before the closing of the event ticket channel (i.e. before 00:00 on 29 April), a 20% handling fee of the ticket price will be charged for refunding the tickets during this period. (Another ticket ‘face value platform to be charged in addition to the actual work of the transaction handling costs arising from the frame of 0.6%’, that is, a total of 20.6%)
4. 2 days before the closure of the event ticket channel (i.e. 29 April 00:00), the refund of tickets will be stopped.
