EDC Korea 2025 Refund Rules

• Within 24 hours of the start of ticket sales, i.e., from 26 January 2025 00:00:00 to 26 January 2025 23:59:59, ticket refunds will be made unconditionally and free of charge at the ticketing platform's customer service during normal working hours.
• Ticket buyers may refund their tickets during the period between 27 January 2025 00:00:00 and 16 February 2025 23:59:59, with a refund handling fee of 20% of the paid amount of the refunded tickets. 
• Ticket users may refund their tickets during the period from 00:00:00 on 17 February 2025 to 23:59:59 on 16 March 2025 23:59:59 during the normal working hours of the customer service of the ticketing platform, and the refund handling fee will be charged at 30% of the paid amount of the refunded tickets.
• Ticket Users may refund tickets during the period from 00:00:00 on 17 March 2025 to 23:59:59 on 16 April 2025 23:59:59, during the normal working hours of the customer service of the ticketing platform, and the refund handling fee will be charged at 50% of the paid amount of the refunded tickets;
• Refunds will be stopped from 00:00:00 on 17 April 2025, and applications for refund of tickets in any form will no longer be processed
