FEEL GOOD FEST (#FGF) is a month-long lifestyle focused, health + wellness festival organised by SOCIAL SUPPLY in partnership with LA MATCHA and partners around Shanghai. From April 1st to April 30th, we invite you to participate in a variety of MIND, BODY and SOUL classes at various locations in Shanghai, to learn, relax, heal, and restore physically and mentally. We’re dedicated to give you the best FEEL GOOD experiences.
We have a wide variety of experiences, sessions, activities, and workshops for FEEL GOOD FEST. Everyone will partake in a MIND, BODY, and SOUL transformation. We have workshops + screening for MIND, fitness sessions for BODY, healing sessions for SOUL, and much more for you to try something new! #FGF also provides you with a community to connect and interact with new friends through this holistic journey.
Guests can purchase a FGF Experience ticket and become an #FGF member. Each ticket entitles a member to redeem 6 curated experiences in total, 2 sessions classified under MIND, 2 sessions classified under BODY, and 2 sessions classified under SOUL.
FGF Experience ticket standard price is 488 RMB/Person, including a carefully curated wellness journey + starter kit worth 200+RMB + mini golf experiences hosted by FGF x Lounge by Topgolf.

Notice:
After you have purchased your #FGF Experience ticket, you will be able to pick the classes you would like to attend on the platform.
Classes have a set capacity and spaces are limited. All registrations are first-come, first-serve basis and sign up is only upon confirmation on the booking site.
Each class’s terms and conditions are subject to each #FGF partner rules, and there may be differences for each class. Please read the class details carefully before registering.
All member cards can only be used by the one who purchased the card
There are no refunds for all the purchased tickets. If passes are not used up by the end date of FGF period, sessions will not be reimbursed.
Cancellations must be made on the reservation platform 24 hours prior to the event (subject to the class). No refund will be given for cancellations or non-attendance within 24 hours.
