The Flamenco performance - Platinum Edition "Carmen" adapted from Bizet opera, is about a love story of a Spanish Gypsy girl- Carmen, happened in the 1830s. She is an angel and a devil, she is dissolute and pure. The platinum edition is created by the national choreographer Javier Latorre, and the Spanish flamenco prince Javier Martos play the role of Jose, this time, the performance is a faithful wonderful reproduction of the history.

 

 

The Granada Flamenco Dance Company, formerly known as the Granada Dance Group, was founded in 2003. The birth of the Granada Flamenco Dance Company is to break the monotonous form of the Spanish national dance-flamenco, which has been lasted for many years. Therefore, the Granada flamenco works define the genuine art with its magic color, passions, emotions, movements, beauties, harmony, and charms. As the dance content has been keeping pace with the times, basing on the essence of classical flamenco, the choreographers are also actively innovating the expressive forms of the dance and the content of the performances.
