Ticket Delivery
This is a pre-sale event, during the pre-sale period, we can't allocate tickets for you immediately, after the official opening of the tickets, we will send you paper tickets at the first time, and you need to bear the mailing cost.

Purchase Restrictions
A single user can purchase a maximum of 6 tickets, real-name ticketing, a ticket corresponds to a document, please fill in the information of your personal valid documents when purchasing tickets, document support: ID card/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Resident Permit/Passport.
-In order to purchase tickets smoothly, it is recommended to complete the information binding in advance, when purchasing tickets will automatically select the corresponding viewer and delivery address.
-The live performances at the festival are loud and involve the sale of alcoholic beverages, so in order to protect the physical and mental health of minors, minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to enter the festival.

Refund Policy
-Tickets are securities, not ordinary commodities, and the cultural services behind them have the characteristics of timeliness and scarcity, so they are not refundable or exchangeable once sold.
-If the performance is postponed or cancelled due to force majeure, only the ticket will be refunded, and the audience will be responsible for any other expenses incurred as a result of the performance.

Admission time
The earliest admission time is 13:00, the latest admission time is 20:30, but due to uncontrollable factors, the actual admission and performance schedule please refer to the scene.

Admission Rules
-The performance must hold a valid ticket, complete the ticket inspection and check before admission, after receiving the paper ticket, please be sure to keep it properly, if lost, damaged, altered will not be able to reissue, thank you for admission.
-Please present the paper ticket on the day of the performance with your original valid ID for admission. The ticket is valid only for the date shown on the ticket, and will expire after the expiry date.
-Audience bracelets are only limited to differentiate between different areas of the venue access rights, not as admission credentials to use, and removed as invalid. Please arrange your travelling time in advance on the day of the performance.

Student Ticket Entry Requirements
If you have purchased a student ticket, you are required to present your ID card, student card or relevant valid student identification documents when picking up your ticket and entering the venue. If you are unable to provide a real student ID card, you will be required to make up the difference in the full-price price of the ticket at the venue.

Prohibited Items
Due to security and copyright reasons, food, beverages, professional video equipment, lighters and other items are prohibited at most performances, exhibitions and competitions, so please pay attention to the instructions given by the staff and announcements at the venue and co-operate with them.
Dress Code
We welcome your personalised attire, but please do not wear anything that is racially or ethnically offensive, insulting or insinuating about current affairs!

Reminder
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be filmed by the organisers and to be included in the video production.
