Chef Kim has been working with Grand Hyatt Incheon since 2013. Over the last past 5 years Min Jun has developed her professional skills. She has been benefited with a well-deserved promotion to Chef de Partie in May 2016. Juim has great skill and fine knowledge of kimchi makingHer enthusiasm and passionate sense for the taste of Koreais making her master. Chef Kim involvement in our Korean food production at Grand Hyatt Incheon, experiencing Korean cuisine events at its best.
Park, Minjun– Sous chef Restaurant Eight / Grill
Chef Park has been working with Grand Hyatt Incheon since the opening in 2003. Over the last past 15 years, Min Jun has developed his professional skills. He has been benefited with several promotions to Chef de Partie in June 2010 and further for his dedication, enthusiasm, and passion for our Korean Cuisine he has been awarded to Sous chef in May 2014.
Ever since Chef Park has been respected by his fellow colleagues and Hotel Management for his special craft. Min Jun has developed our Korean cuisine tradition over the past years.
Together with his supporting Team, he has showcased on many occasions and assists in other Hyatt Hotels worldwide.
Almaty, Sau Paulo, Shanghai, Tokyo, Kolkata, Taipei, and Shenzhen are just a few destinations to mention.
