1. The First Stop - The World Expo Museum

The World Expo Museum in Shanghai is the only official museum and documentation centre in the world entirely dedicated to Expos and authorised by the BIE. It showcases the history, creation and themes of International Expos. Join us in sweeping views of the the World Expo Museum, you will be led by the guide to enjoy the Museum's peaceful spaces and learn the history of the world expo.

Located in the gymnasium of Shanghai University of Sports, Chinese Martial Arts Museum provides a good platform to help people better understand Chinese martial arts which are beneficial to self-protection and fitness. This is the first multifunctional museum throughout the world displaying all aspects of the history and culture of Kung Fu.

Our Kungfu master will show you around and introduce the developing of Martial Arts with various representative works in different periods.

 

After the visit, let's try the legendary martial art of Tai Chi with our qualified Master! Tai chi is an ancient Chinese movement practice known to reduce pain and improve your mental and physical balance and well-being. This Tai Chi experience uses gentle Chen-style tai chi routines that are safe, easy to learn, and suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

The class is taught by Master Wang, a famous and qualified Chinese Tai Chi Coach. He is a postgraduate student of Shanghai University of Sport. He is also the Champion of Hebei Province of China. He has a lot of experience to teach foreigners from all over the world, so don't worry about the language, you can have a smooth communication during the whole class.

14:00-14:40: take a bus to Shanghai University of Sport(Yangpu District)
14:40-14:55: visit the Chinese Martial Arts Museum in Shanghai University of Sport
14:55-16:30: learn and experience Chinese Tai Chi in Shanghai University of Sport
16:30-16:50: take the bus to downtown metro station
