The Hanover Coffee Manufactory is a German family business founded by Andreas Berndt and his sons in 2012. It is build around quality, integrity and taste. Mr. Berndt is a passionate coffee lover and after over 25 years of self-study his dream was to roast coffee beans according to the Vienna roasting method which is the most gentle, aromatic and complex of all roasts.

Here at the Hanover Coffee Manufactoory we roast according to the so-called Vienna roasting method, also known as the longterm-drum roast. Our roasting method is the style that most Germans prefer their coffee, each of our roasts is done manually.
