This club is all about combining healthy with delicious, Italian style! Part 1: olive oil tasting. What are the differences between oils? Why is it so important to Italian cooking? What about the health and diet benefits? Part 2: qinoa salad. One of the healthiest salads out there and how to make it absolutely delectable. Part 3: slow cooked salmon. This is the star of the show.
Riccardo will teach you two ways to perfectly cook salmon while keeping its juices, colours and nutrients. We'll also give you a full calorie, fat and nutrient count on everything we do. And then, of course, we'll eat and enjoy together! This club will give you a super healthy, Michelin level meal you can cook yourself and it's the last of 3 health-oriented SPClubs in July.
Host Description
Riccardo, born in Sicily, Italy, has a magnetic personality brimming with Italian charm and unlimited energy. He makes everything fun and he's passionate about food! He served as chef at Villa Serbelloni, a two-star Michelin restaurant in Como Lake, Italy and since then he's done so much more.
He's been head chef at restaurants around Asia and Europe, he founded "Chef in the City Shanghai", He was the private chef for football star, Dario ConCa, he established The Lab, is head chef consultant at two Michelin star Yong Foo Elite and he's been the chef and face for brands like Ermenegildo Zegna, Casarte, GE Cooking and more.
