Tickets may not be resold or re-gifted. Entry must be verified by facial recognition against the pre-filled identity information of the audience (supporting document types include: second-generation ID card, foreign passport, Hong Kong and Macao Residents Entry and Exit Permit, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents Residence Permit, and foreigners' permanent residency ID card), and those whose information is inconsistent with the information will not be able to enter the venue.

In order to promote healthy and orderly ticketing behaviour in the performance market, according to the requirements of the Notice on Further Strengthening the Regulation and Management of Large-scale Commercial Performance Activities and Promoting the Healthy and Orderly Development of the Performance Market jointly issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Ministry of Public Security, to regulate the normal market behaviour, and to formulate the following rules for purchasing and refunding tickets according to the relevant regulations on the real name system of ticketing for large-scale performances.

I. Refund time nodes.
1. During the pre-sale period of the show, customers can return the tickets unconditionally within 48 hours after the ticket order is generated and paid. (However, the ticket sales management company needs to charge the transaction fee generated in the actual work, i.e. “0.6% of the face price of the ticket”).
2. 24 hours before the official sales opening date of the show (the specific opening time is subject to the notice announced by the official ticketing platform), and during the normal working hours of the customer service staff of the ticketing platform, unconditional refunds can be made. (However, the ticket sales management company needs to charge the actual work of the transaction fee of “0.6% of the face price of the ticket”).
3. From the official sales opening date to 48 hours before the closing of the event ticket channel (i.e., before 12:00 on November 25), 20% of the ticket price will be charged as a handling fee for refunding the tickets during this period. (In addition, the ticketing platform needs to charge the transaction handling fee generated in the actual work, i.e. “0.6% of the face price of the ticket”, i.e. a total of 20.6%).
4. Refund of tickets will be stopped 2 days before the closing of the event ticket channel (i.e. after 12:00 on November 25).

II.Ticket sales management company in the actual work of the transaction fees arising from the “face price of the ticket 0.6%”, the refund of tickets borne by the person.

III.If the audience needs to refund the tickets due to “force majeure factors”, the tickets will be refunded in full without the above limitations after presenting the corresponding certificates.

IV.In order to prevent the occurrence of malicious purchase of tickets, ticket refunds to disrupt the normal organization of large-scale activities, the same ticket buyer, the same ticket account, in the event of a refund, and then buy the same event tickets no longer enjoy the rights and interests of ticket refunds.

V. (1) This show is a real-name system for the purchase of tickets for admission, the same document can only correspond to a ticket for this show, consumers may not use the same document in different ticketing channels to repeat the purchase of tickets for this show.
(2) Based on the foregoing, please note, recognize and agree that if you use the same ID to purchase tickets for this performance on different ticketing channels, resulting in the duplication of the audience in your ticket order on this platform with the audience in the orders on other ticketing platforms, your order for tickets for this performance purchased on this platform will be canceled in its entirety upon discovery of such duplication by this platform. Any handling fee arising from the refund of tickets purchased on multiple platforms will be borne in full by the ticket purchaser.

VI.For this performance, ‘Minor Audience’ must be authorised by a legal guardian before purchasing tickets. If the ticket order is successfully generated and payment is completed, the identity of the audience will be ‘Minor Audience’ and the platform will default to ‘Legal Guardian’. If the ticket order is successfully generated and payment is completed, the platform defaults to ‘legal guardian’ for the viewer's identity information as ‘minor audience’ and the legal guardian will be authorised to purchase the ticket. Our company does not support ‘minors’ without the permission of the guardian and other related reasons, such as applying for a refund of tickets and other behaviour.

List of Prohibited and Restricted Items

The prohibited and restricted items for on-site visitors are now explained in detail as follows:
1. Banners, flagpoles and selfie sticks (including any retractable flags and flagpoles) are prohibited.
2. Banners and streamers are prohibited.
3. It is prohibited to bring light boards, light banners and other support items.
4. Prohibit the use of laser pointer and projection equipment.
5. Lighters are prohibited.
6. Cold fireworks are prohibited.
7. Prohibit the carrying of controlled knives.
8. Prohibit the carrying of firearms and ammunition.
9. Prohibit the carrying of flammable and explosive dangerous goods.
10. Prohibit the carrying of pets.
11. Prohibit the carrying of highly alcoholic beverages.
12. Prohibit the carrying of aerial cameras.
13. Prohibit the carrying of bottled beverages.
14.No umbrellas with long handles.
15.Inflatable objects (e.g. balloons, air rods, etc.) are prohibited.
16. Large luggage: suitcases larger than 50cm x 36cm are prohibited. (No on-site storage)
17. Prohibited to bring professional photography and video equipment.
Prohibited items will not be stored on site.
