Our theme for 2021 is “Leading Without Limits”

In our lifetimes, we each face various limitations. Some restrictions are the ones placed on us by society, yet others are the ones we place on ourselves. As women, we are more capable than we believe. As men, we are more essential to diversity and equality than we believe. These preconceived notions constrict our world views, self-beliefs and leadership potential by forming a false narrative about our own scope of possibilities. The stories we tell ourselves are important. Through this forum, we seek to empower women to embrace their right to lead without limits and to inspire men to engage without hesitation in order to build a better world for a better us.

What do I gain from attending this forum?
