Mark Seibert was born in Frankfurt and trained at the Lee Strasberg Theater Institute in New York and the Vienna Konservatorium.
While still in training, he played various professional roles, including Pygar in BARBARELLA and Tybalt in ROMEO & JULIA at the Raimund Theater. In 2006, he played Radames in Elton John’s AIDA in Germany. He appeared as Fiyero in WICKED (Stuttgart) and then as Ranger in the musical DER SCHUH DES MANITU in Berlin.
Having toured Germany in 2010 as a soloist in the Stage Entertainment BEST OF MUSICALS GALA, he then played Galileo in WE WILL ROCK YOU in Stuttgart and Berlin. He played Death in ELISABETH in Vienna while also appearing as Jesus in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR at Oper Bonn. He subsequently played Lancelot in the world premiere of ARTUS-EXCALIBUR at the Theater St. Gallen, and once again played Death in ELISABETH, this time on tour in Shanghai and Germany.
In 2015, he took on the role of Prince Archbishop Colloredo in the new production of MOZART! at the Raimund Theater. His most recent role was Count von Krolock in the hit musical DANCE OF THE VAMPIRES at the Theater des Westens in Berlin.
