Ticket products are valuable tickets, not ordinary goods, and the cultural services they carry have characteristics such as effectiveness and scarcity. Once sold, they do not support returns or exchanges.
4. The appointment time is the check-in time, not the start time of the experience. Please arrive 10-30 minutes before the appointment date to sign in and collect the wristband.
