Roy is originally from Appleton, Wisconsin. In middle school, Roy would upload music videos of himself skateboarding to YouTube. Roy has wanted to be a performer all of his life and always loved the spotlight. Roy started making music when he was 10-years-old and would write rhymes in his notebook during class. He took piano and guitar lessons and was in an 80’s rock cover band for a few years in middle school and high school.
