Skydiving is not just about excitement and psychological impact, but it can also be very calming, which is quite unimaginable, isn't it? The moment you leave the plane is a thrill and excitement, but when you go through the ‘pure free fall’ and open the main parachute, the calmness, the perspective of the world, like the unpowered paraglider, rushes out of the cliffs and sits in the seat belt. The feeling was like being in heaven.
But before we get into the sky, we still need to understand the process of high altitude skydiving should pay attention to a few problems.
1. Get your body right!
You don't need a strong body to skydive, but you must do some warm-up exercises before jumping and stretch your muscles to make it relaxed. Remember, you will be doing ‘pure’ freefall for a few seconds at speeds close to 300km/h. So it's important that you get your body right! So it's important that your body is completely relaxed. On the morning of your skydive, do some jumping or running, and do some simple stretching exercises.
2. Everything is in your head
You've jumped out of the plane! Now it's time to relax. You must enjoy every second after jumping out of the plane. Beforehand, by watching skydiving videos, or reading articles about skydiving, you will prepare yourself mentally beforehand, but you won't be able to see your mental process of overreacting in the videos, or articles. If you still feel uneasy at the jump, try some meditation to help rest and relax your emotions.
3. Relaxed breathing
It sounds unusual, but it's important to know how to breathe properly when you're in the air. Stay calm, relax, listen to your instructor, and no doubt you'll go through the motions like a pro; if you're feeling a little uneasy, be sure to let him or her know. Regardless of what you think, breathing isn't difficult and you should be able to breathe as you normally would on the ground. If you're having any trouble breathing, it's probably because you're tilting your head too low, causing the wind to rush towards your face and nose at an odd angle. But there's no need to panic, just tilt your head back with your eyes facing the horizon and breathe through your mouth if necessary.
4. Like a banana
When skydiving your body should mimic the shape of a banana. This means that your head should be tilted back in mid-air, your eyes looking ahead on the horizon, your back arched, your arms comfortably extended to your sides, and the soles of your shoes should be facing in the direction of the sky.
5. Safety is important
Never mistake your instructor's relaxed personality or his witty jokes for carelessness! Because safety is important first and foremost! These instructors are professionals and they do this every day (some instructors are scheduled to take their students skydiving multiple times) All skydiving instructors must hold a category D licence certification and have completed a minimum of 500 cumulative jumps. The skydiving club's instructors all have professional skydiving qualifications and are carefully screened for admission to the club.
6. What to bring for skydiving
Wear loose, comfortable clothing such as a t-shirt, trousers and trainers. It may feel a little chilly in the plane waiting to jump, but when you jump out of the plane, your adrenaline will no doubt keep you from feeling the slightest chill! So jackets or coats are unnecessary.
7. How does it feel to go through the sky?
Amazing! Short answer, nothing compares to when you finally get up the courage to open the hatch and jump out of the plane at three or four thousand metres across the sky at about 300km/hour.
For the brief few seconds of ‘semi-free-fall’ before you open your main chute, you will feel like you are hanging in mid-air. There is no reference point in your surroundings to help you judge exactly how fast you are falling. It feels like you're falling into a giant pit of quicksand, only with high velocity winds, slowly sinking towards the ground.
Remember every second of your skydive, because it will soon be over. After a few seconds of ‘semi-freefall’, the main chute opens up and yanks you back to reality, so get ready guys, because you may feel a sudden and very uncomfortable jerk in your groin. So, for the next four to ten minutes, you take your time landing and go for it!

Notes
1. Physical: make sure you do not have heart and blood pressure, blood sugar diseases, can not have a relevant medical history, do not be in the six months after the surgery recovery period; women can not be in pregnancy, try to avoid physiological period; three days before the jump can not be carried out before the diving activities, if there is a history of micro-plastic surgery, please consult with the relevant physician (see the disclaimer agreement). Must eat breakfast on the day of skydiving (afternoon skydiving must eat lunch), but do not eat too full.
2. Psychological preparation: don't be nervous, don't stay up late the night before, make sure you get enough sleep, and don't take sleeping aid if you can't sleep; you can't drink alcohol or take any medication that affects the operation of high altitude and driving before skydiving.
3. Clothing preparation: do not wear too loose clothing, avoid wearing white trousers, girls avoid wearing skirts; wear lace-up trainers, avoid high-heeled shoes or high heels, can not wear sandals or flip-flops; less or do not wear jewellery, such as if you wear on-site need to be removed (the customer must be clear: can not remove any jewellery such as jade bracelets and so on, once an accident damage or loss of the parachute jumping camps are exempted from liability).
4. Be sure to carry an ID card for inspection, only provide ID card number and can not provide the original ID card or ID card photo skydiving camp has the right to refuse to carry out its skydiving programme.
5. Arrive at the skydiving camp time to get in touch with customer service, do not look for their own to avoid wasting time delayed flight arrangements; once late, your flight will be adjusted (specific adjustments depending on the flow of traffic and local decisions), may result in a long time to wait.
6. With the command and coordination of the skydiving camp personnel, we try to help our friends to arrange the same flight, but we will not make any commitment.
7. Skydiving activities by a number of factors (such as cloud cover, wind speed, air traffic control, etc.) may produce a wait, it is recommended that the day of the jump do not arrange other important trips, so your subsequent arrangements such as air tickets or train tickets can not be a reasonable basis for applying for the adjustment of the flight.
8. The parachute camp does not provide pick-up and drop-off services, so please arrange your commuting measures, customers who need to take a taxi can start booking a rental car in advance after landing.
Return and change notice
Based on the skydiving trip need to base place with multiple parties in advance to declare the plan and coordination of scheduling arrangements, so you need to provide reservation information and confirm the date of the trip in advance; if you need to reschedule or cancel the reservation, you must time to inform the base place, in the corresponding period of time there will be a corresponding cost, the specific rules of the refund and change are as follows:

2. 3 days before the experience to experience 1 day before 10:00 a.m., only can be rescheduled can not be cancelled;
