Make a sphere with your arms and roll it around, to your right and then to your left.
“Slide it down the middle”
Use one hand to do the slicing movement, while you lower into a deeper squat.
“This half is for you”
Transfer your weight to one leg, while pushing the imaginary half-of-a-watermelon to your imaginary friend on the supporting side.
“And this half is for her”
Now take a large step sideways, and support your body weight on the opposite leg, as you repeat the pushing motion on the other side.
