Portman’s Restaurant is bringing back the sumptuous crawfish buffet this summer, serving a wide crawfish selection up to 11 flavors for local crawfish lovers and those who miss the annual crawfish festival overseas. The feast features Rice wine Marinated Crawfish and various tastes such as Thirteen Spices, Spicy, Garlic, Curry, Soy & Scallion, while wok sautéed crawfish include Black Pepper with Potato and Cucumber, Korean Ko Ju Jang Sauce with Kimchi and Sticky Rice Cake, Singapore Sambal with Dry Tofu and Sweet Corn.
The dinner buffet centers on crawfish, but it’s far from the only offering. Other food stations include Chinese Cold, Western Salad, Smoked Fish, Seafood on Ice, Sushi & Sashimi, Soup, 24 hours Roast Rump, Chinese Hot Dishes, Dim Sum, Desserts, and Fruits. Summer in Shanghai is not complete without a memorable xiaolongxia dinner, be ready to get your fingers juicy!
