Jennifer Liu , Founder of IntoYoga, used to be an executive in top 500 fortune companies, she started to practice yoga 10 years ago and had her first teacher training course in 2009 which was taught by GuruGuangming Song, who is the Yoga pioneer in China, then she had her second Yoga Alliance certificated yoga teacher training course taught by Lance Schuler, and became a RYT 200, meanwhile a certificated teacher of Inspya yoga college.

 

 

Due to a longtime intensive work and high pressure, she has been in sub-healthstatus, insomnia and other sickness have been bothered her, but through continuous yoga practice, she regained healthiness and confidence, even today,she is still surprised how yoga can change her and her life.
