ZHANG Bingbing is the permanent conductor of China Film Symphony Orchestra. He started learning music at the age of five, gave his first performance at six years old, and held a recital at the Central Conservatory of Music when he was 10.
He is a graduate of the Department of Conducting in Central Conservatory of Music, where he studied with Chinese conductor and educator XU Xin. After graduation, he went to Vienna State Opera and Music Conservatories of Naples for further studies with Max Cegic, a conductor at Vienna State Opera.

China Film Symphony Orchestra is the first national symphony orchestra founded after the founding of the P.R.C., and has a history of 67 years. The orchestra has given birth to many well-known musicians and works.
In recent years, China Film Symphony Orchestra has opened up an artistic road close to music lovers to popularize symphonic music, and trained a number of well-known young musicians. In its repertoire includes film music, pop music, Latin music, country music, jazz and classic folk songs of the world, which have been performed across the country, much-loved by the audience.
